Exchange Policy- Bello Sole will happily exchange any new, unused item for an item of equal or lesser value within 14 days of purchase with a packing slip. Online credit will be given on any new, unused item that is returned within 14 days of purchase with a packing slip.
Return Policy - Each tube has been individually tested but we realize that defects may slip through even the best quality assurance. If you receive a defective tube, please contact us within 5 days of receipt with an image of the defect for a replacement tube or refund.
All sale and clearance purchases are FINAL SALE.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, with the exception of defective item situations.
Once the item(s) are received back to us we will create a coupon code for the amount of the purchase and send the information to the email provided.

- Free shipping: orders over $150
- $16 shipping: orders $75-$149
- $10 shipping: orders under $75
Shipping to Canada is available for an additional fee.
All products will leave our warehouse within 3-5 business days. Any duty fees and/or taxes that may be due upon receiving a package in a different country will be the responsibility of the customer.
